'I deserve to be the best me I can be'
My goal was to become comfortable in my own skin and feel good in my clothes as I had lost any confidence I ever had. To do this, I had to push myself way out of my comfort zone by going to the gym, but I cannot stress enough how good that decision was. After a few months of working really hard I started to notice changes in my weight, but most importantly, my mental health. I became myself again and 100x more positive.
I want to see how far I can go with my fitness and really see what my body is capable of doing. I also want people to realise how much exercise can help anyone who suffers from anxiety and depression and how important it is to look after yourself.
