HEALTH & WELLNESS
Our mental and physical health is so important and perhaps something we take for granted. Evolve Health and Wellness will focus on nutrition for our bodies, spiritual, mental and physical health and in particular mindfulness and wellbeing . We want our Evolve events to inform and inspire you to make any small differences you feel you can towards living a healthier lifestyle.
At Evolve, we are passionate about supporting and inspiring women in all aspects of their lives be it at home or at work. Personal leadership is about taking control of your life and recognising where you need support and guidance, decluttering your mind, your home and your personal space, focusing on good time management as a way to reduce stress, positivity and the importance of positive thoughts and how to effectively use your Evolve journal daily.
Evolve events will bring together women from all backgrounds, talking through their own journeys and experiences; how they have overcome either personal or professional challenges to emerge stronger, more resilient and with a positive outlook for the future. We hope their sharing will engage, inspire and motivate you. We can all find inspiration in the women around us in our everyday lives.
